iCoupon, the global leader in intelligent vouchering solutions, has announced a contract with Air India, who will adopt both iCoupon’s standard digital meal vouchers and Autopay solution.
The move expands the rollout of iCoupon’s services across Europe and North America, where Air India serves passengers travelling to major destination including London, New York and Chicago.
Air India will adopt iCoupon’s standard digital meal vouchers solution, which means that travellers will receive swift and hassle-free compensation in the case of disruptions directly via their boarding pass. This automation also reduces the administrative burden on the airline staff.
The Indian flag carrier airline has also incorporated iCoupon’s Autopay solution across its network. iCoupon’s AutoPay system is a service which consolidates bills from airport retailers into a single monthly invoice per airline legal entity or currency domain. By removing the need for individual agreements with retailers at each airport, this automation significantly cuts down the invoices, airlines need to handle annually, freeing up valuable time and resources.
“This new contract with Air India is crucial in strengthening our partnership and supporting Air India’s continued expansion with iCoupon across Europe and North America – two important regions for our growth strategy. Most of all we’re proud of the trust they have in us and the effectiveness of our service to warrant this expansion. It’s a valuable partnership and we’re excited to continue our growth together,” said Viktoriya Soubra, Director of Sales of iCoupon.
iCoupon works with partners across the globe, and currently more than 190 airlines, 300 airports and 2,500 retail units are benefiting from iCoupon’s hassle-free solutions. Helping the industry move towards a more connected future.
