iCoupon, the global leader in intelligent vouchering, has announced a new partnership with IndiGo, India’s preferred airline.
The agreement will see IndiGo implement iCoupon’s digital meal voucher solution, alongside iCoupon’s automated billing solution, AutoPay, enabling a more efficient and connected approach to passenger care during flight delays and disruptions.
The partnership supports IndiGo’s high-volume operations by replacing manual processes with a digital solution that allows vouchers to be issued instantly to the barcode on the passenger boarding pass and redeemed across participating airport merchants by scanning said barcode in store. AutoPay further simplifies the process by consolidating merchant billing, reducing administrative burden while maintaining full financial visibility.
This collaboration represents a significant milestone for iCoupon, marking a deeper expansion into the Indian aviation market and strengthening its global network. Working with one of the world’s largest airlines reflects iCoupon’s ability to support complex, large-scale operations and deliver consistent value where it matters most.
IndiGo continues to see strong growth across its domestic and international network, with plans of robust global expansion in the years to come. The partnership has been designed with this trajectory in mind, creating opportunities to extend into additional iCoupon modules over time and support a broader range of passenger and operational use cases.
CEO of iCoupon, Richard Bye, said:
“There is a growing need for solutions that bring clarity and efficiency to passenger care in times of disruption. IndiGo is one of the most exciting airlines in the world right now, and this partnership reflects both the strength of our technology and the shared ambition to improve the passenger experience.”
iCoupon works with partners across the globe, with more than 190 airlines, 300 airports and 4000 retail units benefiting from its intelligent, digital vouchering solutions.
